Jepara, October 20–21, 2025 – The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro (FEB UNDIP), through the Undergraduate (S1) Economics Study Program, successfully organized a Workshop on “Academic Quality Enhancement through Strategic Preparation of LED and LKPS Documents for Excellent Accreditation” on October 20–21, 2025, in Jepara.
The workshop was conducted as a aiming to strengthen the understanding and capacity of lecturers and the accreditation team in preparing the Self-Evaluation Report (LED) and Study Program Performance Report (LKPS) in accordance with the national accreditation standards.
The event was officially opened by Prof. Harjum Muharam, S.E., M.Ec., Ph.D., Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs of FEB UNDIP, who represented the Dean of FEB UNDIP. In his opening remarks, Prof. Harjum emphasized the importance of continuous academic quality improvement as a collective effort within the faculty to achieve excellent accreditation outcomes.
“Academic quality improvement does not rely solely on the accreditation documents, but also on the synergy and commitment of all academic staff to maintain high standards in teaching, research, and community engagement,” Prof. Harjum stated.
The workshop was attended by lecturers and the accreditation preparation team of the Undergraduate Economics Study Program, who actively engaged in discussions and simulations related to the preparation of LED and LKPS documents following the latest BAN-PT accreditation guidelines. The resource persons provided both technical guidance and strategic insights to ensure the documents meet quality and compliance standards.
The two-day event fostered an interactive and productive atmosphere, featuring group discussions, Q&A sessions, and collaborative review of performance indicators. By the end of the workshop, participants agreed on several follow-up actions to finalize the accreditation documents and strengthen the study program’s readiness for achieving Excellent Accreditation status.
Through this workshop, the Undergraduate Economics Study Program of FEB UNDIP reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing academic quality, improving higher education governance, and contributing to the advancement of economics education in Indonesia.
