Semarang, October 14, 2025 – The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro (FEB UNDIP), conducted a Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) Meeting for the Implementation of DIPA Funds for the Fiscal Year 2025 on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at the faculty meeting room.
The event was held following Monev aimed to monitor and evaluate the progress of program implementation and budget realization under the 2025 DIPA allocation across all departments and study programs within the faculty.
The meeting was attended by Heads of Departments, Department Secretaries, Study Program Coordinators, and the Faculty’s Financial Management Team. Each unit presented its performance report, including the implementation progress, budget absorption up to the current quarter, and any challenges encountered during program execution.
The discussion was active and constructive, focusing on strategies to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability of DIPA fund utilization, as well as efforts to ensure the timely completion of all faculty programs and activities.
In his remarks, the Vice Dean for Resources of FEB UNDIP emphasized that the Monitoring and Evaluation activity serves as an integral part of the faculty’s internal control system, ensuring that budget management aligns with the principles of transparency, efficiency, and good governance. The results of this evaluation will also serve as the basis for preparing the next year’s work and budget plan.
The Monev meeting also functioned as a coordination forum for academic units to strengthen collaboration among divisions, particularly in supporting the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education : education, research, and community service.
Through this Monitoring and Evaluation of DIPA Fund Implementation, the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro, reaffirms its commitment to upholding Good University Governance and maintaining professionalism and accountability in financial management to enhance academic and institutional quality.
