Diponegoro University (Undip) issued an official letter regarding the follow-up of the adjustment of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for final level students in the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year. Letter numbered 216/UN7. A2/KU/III/2026 which was published on March 6, 2026 is addressed to the Deans of the Faculty and Schools in the Undip environment. This policy is a follow-up to the previous letter regarding the adjustment of UKT for final level students who have obtained UKT exemption but have not made the payment.
In the letter, it is explained that final level students who follow the UKT adjustment scheme need to follow several administrative stages that have been scheduled by the university. The first stage will be carried out on March 9–17, 2026, namely for students who are declared to graduate a maximum of January 30, 2026 to upload a Graduation Certificate (SKL) through the system available on the official page ukt.undip.ac.id.
Furthermore, the verification process of the UKT adjustment submission at the Faculty or School level will be carried out on March 25–31, 2026. After that, the university will conduct further verification at the university level on April 1–2, 2026 to ensure that all documents and requirements submitted by students have met the applicable requirements.
The last stage of this process is the finalization of the follow-up of the final student UKT adjustment scheduled for April 3, 2026. Through this policy, Diponegoro University hopes that the administrative process for final level students can run more orderly, transparently, and provide certainty of academic services for students who have completed their studies but are still in the administrative process.
