If you lose an item within the Faculty of Economics and Business UNDIP, please follow the procedure below:
Visit the FEB UNDIP Administration Center located on the 2nd Floor, Building C to register your loss report.
The administrative staff will record the item information, time, and location of the loss, and assist in coordinating with the security team and other service areas.
If the item is found, the administration or security team will contact the reporter using the contact information provided.
Items can be retrieved only after identity verification and matching the item description to ensure security and proper ownership.
This service is provided to ensure that the handling process for lost items is carried out in an orderly, safe, and well-coordinated manner.
If you find an item within the Faculty of Economics and Business UNDIP, please follow the steps below:
Ensure the item is in a safe condition and does not pose any danger.
Report the found item to the nearest security officer or faculty staff.
Submit the item to the FEB UNDIP Administration Center located on the 2nd Floor, Building C.
The staff will record information about the item, along with details of the location and time it was found.
The item will be stored and documented by the administration until the rightful owner submits a claim.
The faculty will announce the found item through available channels (such as bulletin boards or internal information systems).
This procedure is designed to ensure that found items are managed properly, safely, and returned to their owners as quickly as possible.
