In his remarks, the Undip Chancellor also delivered the proud news that Undip was selected as the only university out of 4,300 universities in Indonesia that is trusted to help formulate the implementation of Pancasila values through strategic collaboration with BPIP, BNSP, LAN, and the Ministry of Home Affairs. This program is specifically designed to strengthen the understanding of the Pancasila ideology, especially among the younger generation.

At the end of the event, it was also conveyed that the inauguration of Polytron Stadium – an international standard badminton sports building next to the Undip Education Lake – will be held today, marking Undip’s enthusiasm in improving superior and world-class campus facilities and infrastructure.

The spirit of Pancasila as the foundation of the state as well as a moral guide for national and state life must always be fostered and maintained, especially in an academic environment such as Diponegoro University. As a higher education institution, Undip has a strategic role in instilling the noble values of Pancasila to all academicians, including lecturers, education staff, and students.

Pancasila is not only taught as theoretical material, but must also be internalized in every academic activity, research, community service, and character building. Values such as tolerance, justice, deliberation, and mutual cooperation must be the spirit that drives all activities on campus.

With this spirit, Undip continues to be committed to producing a young generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also strong in integrity and nationality, and able to become agents of change in realizing a sovereign, just, and prosperous Indonesia.
